About
I'm Adam Wyatt, a senior .NET consultant based in Suffolk, Virginia.
My day job is platform work at enterprise scale — a portfolio of 90+ projects, blue/green deployments behind Azure Front Door, internal NuGet packages, and the kind of infrastructure decisions that don't make it into framework documentation. My nights and weekends are AI-augmented engineering: Claude Code workflows, MCP server setups, sprint orchestration tools, and side projects that put the patterns I argue for to the test.
This blog is where I write about all of it. Platform .NET, Azure and DevOps in the real world, and how AI is changing day-to-day engineering for senior practitioners. The posts are grounded in actual work — incidents I diagnosed, decisions I argued for, tools I built or rejected. No introductory tutorials, no AI hype, no surface-level cloud commentary.
I'm AI-102 certified and actively building toward AI engineering as the next chapter of my career. If you're a senior engineer, architect, or technical leader figuring out how AI fits into enterprise development, this blog is written for you.
Outside of work I'm a military spouse, a dad, a youth sports coach, and an FFXIV player. None of which usually shows up here, but it's the texture behind the writing.
